Terms of Service

ATX Presence, operated by Cazullo LLC, is a platform where our clients follow their content production, upload footage, review deliveries and connect social accounts so we can publish approved content on their behalf.

Your workspace is created after an online subscription purchase or by our team as part of your service agreement. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity in your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Online subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize the monthly charge shown at checkout to your selected payment method. Monthly plan prices in USD are Essential: $299, Growth: $499, Full: $999. Optional recurring add-ons are On-site filming session: $300 per additional session per month; Ads management, Google + Meta: $599 per month. Advertising spend is paid separately to the advertising platforms. Your selected plan, add-ons and any applicable taxes are shown before you pay.

You can cancel at any time using the subscription management button in the Billing section of your client portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access and service continue until the end of the period already paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time or services, except where required by law.

If a payment fails, Stripe may retry the charge. Update your payment method in the billing portal. Access and content production may be paused if the subscription becomes unpaid or is cancelled after unsuccessful payment attempts.

You keep ownership of everything you upload and of the content we produce for you under your service agreement. You grant us the access needed to produce, store and publish that content. You are responsible for having the rights to the material you send us.

Connecting a Facebook Page, Instagram account, YouTube channel or Google Business Profile authorizes ATX Presence to publish content to it through the official Meta and Google APIs. We publish only content produced within your engagement and approved for publishing, with the title, description and visibility shown to you. You can disconnect at any time in the portal, which immediately stops publishing. Your use of Facebook and Instagram remains governed by Meta’s own terms.

ATX Presence uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.

Do not use the platform to store or distribute unlawful content, to infringe third-party rights, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

We work to keep the platform available and safe, but it is provided “as is”, and features may evolve. We will communicate meaningful changes. Online subscription fees and cancellation terms are described above; separately negotiated services follow your written service agreement with Cazullo LLC.

To the extent permitted by law, Cazullo LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
